The Janders Dean global team is super excited to announce that Natalie Kuebler has joined the gang.
Natalie specialises in the delivery of domain expertise in the planning, design/iterative improvement and implementation of a variety of key legal business processes including New Business Intake (Client and Matter Inception), Risk (Information Barrier and Conflicts Management) and Finance (Practice Management and Time Capture). She has a deep understanding of law firm cultures, management processes and supporting technologies, and also of lawyer behaviours and the ways in which law firm user communities operate from a change management perspective.
Natalie has diverse knowledge of processes and the supporting software implementations within the legal industry, and utilises her knowledge of PRINCE2, Agile and her Accounting degree to maximise our client project success. Key projects include the following New Business Intake Project and Conflicts scoping, planning, and re-engineering programmes at Magic Circle and global mid-tier firms, and the management of Elite 3E implementation and rescue initiatives.
Natalie has strong knowledge of legal technologies including iManage, Thomson Elite, Aderant Expert and the Intapp Product Suite which she combines with exceptional process design, project management, scoping, and planning skills.
With specific expertise focused on iterative process improvement and full process re-engineering, Natalie utilises various tools from the Kaizen and Lean methodologies to facilitate 360 degree workshops in a highly adaptable and professional manner. She also has strong abilities to provide project leadership that is prized by firms who contact Janders Dean to seek assistance with inverting major initiatives that require attention.
Natalie is skilled in delivering large projects to budget, deadline and scope, and has experience in the deployment of rigorous controls throughout a project lifecycle. Her strengths include senior and cross-functional stakeholder engagement, vendor/partner engagement, and multi-disciplinary team leadership.
Prior to joining Janders Dean, Natalie worked as a Senior Engagement Manager at Intapp, where she managed the delivery of New Business Intake, Conflicts, Walls and Time implementations across a large number of Magic and Silver Circle law firms. Prior to that, Natalie has worked exclusively with law firms, where her roles varied from full function accounting operations to project management and process re-engineering roles. She has worked with two firms to start internal Project Management Offices.
