Prior to forming Janders Dean, Justin was a lead consultant with Hildebrandt Baker Robbins & Company for five years, operating out of the London and New York and has held senior roles with Deloitte and some of the world’s largest law firms. Justin has over twenty years experience working directly firms in the United Kingdom, the United States, Australia, and the wider Asia-Pacific region, and is considered a thought leader in law firm transformation and innovation.

Andrew is the leader of the Janders Dean’s Legal Transformation Practice, and is considered a global industry leader in the areas of legal process improvement, legal project management, client facing technology solutions, and the application of data science and innovation to transforming legal practice. Prior to joining Janders Dean, Andrew held global formation, leadership and legal innovation roles at SeyfarthLean Consulting and Seyfarth Shaw. In these roles, he had responsibility for both developing the strategy, and successfully executing, the design and development for various technology products that improve legal workflow, transparency, and collaboration. He has constantly worked to enhance the use of technology and data services so that these are tuned to meet the evolving needs of corporate law departments and private practice firms.
PANELIST – Stephanie Abbott, Director (Janders Dean/Sydney)
Stephanie is the leader of our Knowledge Management & Innovation Practice and is a dynamic and innovative senior consultant in the areas of legal knowledge management and organisational development. She has been working with law firms and in-house legal teams in the areas of knowledge management, process improvement, technology and learning for over 13 years, and combines deep experience in her field of expertise with a strong commercial and practical sense. Stephanie started her career as a practising lawyer, which gives her an intimate understanding of the priorities, needs and behaviour driving the organisational dynamics of her legal clients. She has held senior organizational development and knowledge management roles in major international law firms, such as Mayer Brown and Gilbert + Tobin.

Mike specialises in leading large scale and complex technology planning and implementation projects. His experience covers senior stakeholder engagement, system evaluation and selection, development and execution of design, test and implementation strategies, and communications planning. He has led a number of successful implementation projects within budget, scope, timescales and to deliverable expectations.
Mike combines his programme leadership skills with extensive hardware, database, and software experience, and excellent people skills that have been gained from over a decade of working within dedicated project environments. Prior to joining Janders Dean, Mike was Senior Group Change and Programme Manager with Offshore Law Firm Ogier and Elian Fiduciary Services Limited for eight years, operating out of their Jersey Head Office.
